Good tour if you cant be bothered to hire a car or figure out your own transportation to Hierve el Agua. we had like 3 hours to explore the area, hike and take a dip in the pools. Tour was on time and the van was comfortable with on theme Mexican and reggaetón music which was fun. our guide Tania was lovely and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoyed their time. the mezcal tour was good, I'm sure there are better/ more boutique distilleries but we were happy with the experience, even bought a couple of bottles. Tania even gave us some good recommendations for food and bars in Oaxaca city which was a nice touch.

It was the best scenery and trip we made. We loved the fruit plates and fresh coconut water🥰🥰🥰.
We visited the local bakery and other places during the trip which was very unique ❤️❤️❤️

Great setup. Picked us up on time in Oaxaca city. Drove to a bread shop and the devils cave on the
way to the waterfalls / pools. Julio was very helpful and a knowledgeable guide. Wrapped up with a
mezcal tour then back in Oaxaca city around 5. Great overall trip and fun experience.

Such an amazing day! Met local artisans, learned a lot about the local heritage, was able to go
swimming, and the Mezcal was fire! I would highly recommend this to English and Spanish speakers.

Hierve was gorgeous and I’m so glad I went! Unfortunately, I had gotten food poisoning the night before at a local restaurant in Oaxaca. I was extremely sick, but I was doing my best to power through it because I didn’t want to miss the opportunity of a lifetime (who know’s when I would be back in Oaxaca, if ever).
However, once I got up there, the elevation and heat affected me really badly. I tried to find a taxi back to Oaxaca Centro, but I had no luck. Finally, I managed to get in touch with our tour guide (Tania) and she was so amazing! She actually had the tour bus driver to take me to Mitla and then she requested a taxi back to my hotel for me (since I don’t speak Spanish). I can’t thank her enough for everything! She was a lifesaver!

Good tour with a nice guide and a comfortable van. We can recommend this tour because you have enough time to do the hike (1,5 hour) and take a swim.
The mezcal tasting was nice, traditional distillery, would like to see them taking better care of the horse though!

I highly recommend booking this trip I loved our guide I believe her name is Diana. She is well knowledge and great at hosting the tour. Loved that we had 3 hours at Hierve el Agua I ended up doing the hike and then getting in the water with my sister and still had time to grab a bite to eat there. The mezcal tasting was fun as well, I forgot to mention on our way to hierve el agua we stop at this bread shop that was quick and delicious we were able to grab bread and drinks before heading off hierve el agua.

Great trip to see Hierve el Agua and a mezcal distillery. We had plenty of time at the pools and did a
walk with a local guide to get the best views of the falls. Our tour guide for the day was great, she
showed us a local bakery and had lots of info and recommendations.

We had a great tour to hierve el agua. Tanya was a really sweet guide who helped us with everything and tried to make the journey as relaxed and fun as possible! You have a lot of time at the site which is great so you don’t feel rushed. You don’t have an actual tour there (you can pay for a guide there if you want) but I also don’t think it’s necessary. Tanya gave a good tip for getting lunch there and also provided us after the trip with a long list of tips for oaxaca city, she is the best! Thanks a lot:)

We met at the specified location and got into a comfortable van. We stopped about 40 mins later at a bakery for a bread tasting and an opportunity to use toilets and buy coffee. Another 50 minutes after that, we arrived at hierva el agua. We hiked around the waterfall. Guides were offered, but we did not use one and did not have issues following the clearly marked path. After three hours at hierva el agua, we drove 40 minutes to a mezcaleria where we learned about the mezcal making process. There was a tasting included. Breakfast and lunch were extra, outside the cost of the tour. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, I’d highly recommend!
